RSS has new student council

Islamabad:January 11:An oath-taking ceremony was held at the Roots School System (RSS), Sector C, DHA-II Campus, on Tuesday, with a view to enable students to regularise their own body and become disciplined and responsible citizens. RSS DHA-II Campus Headmistress Sobia Aleem, in her opening address, emphasised on the need for students council and referred to it as a step forward in producing the future leaders imbued with true spirit of patriotism by developing in them skills and abilities to meet the future challenges. RSS Founder Director Riffat Mushtaq was the chief guest on the occasion. She inducted Headboy Ibrahim, Vice Headboy Bilal Arshad and Headgirl Ushna Safdar and Vice Headgirl Mahnoor Hayat into the student executive council, after administering their oaths followed by other student council members. Badges and sachets were given to them that they received with pride and diligence. Speaking on the occasion, Riffat Mushtaq congratulated and advised students to work with responsibility and dexterity. She described the school election as a platform for students to learn how to lead with example and work for betterment of the system within specified limits. RSS Executive Director Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq emphasised on leadership and determination of young people to make a revolutionary change in Pakistan.The news.
