Milad held at City School

Islamabad:February 25:The City School E-11 Nursery Branch, Islamabad, organized a Mehfil-e-Milad to celebrate the birthday of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) here on Thursday. Former MNA Sajida Nayyer Abidi was the chief guest on this occasion. Among other guests were the headmistresses from two other City School branches, Fazia Waqar from F-8 Branch and Anila Paracha from F-11 Branch were also present on the occasion. The event was beautifully arranged and well-attended by parents and students. The stage was decorated with beautiful backdrop while colourful environment displayed consistency with the colour code of dresses and expressed harmony among the children. The decorations along with the soft recital of ‘Darood’ and ‘Salam’ created a soothing environment, leaving the audience mesmerized. Sajida Nayyar Abidi appreciated the effort put in by the teachers in arranging the function and she acknowledged the pivotal role of Principal Nargis Nasir in grooming her staff and students to do such hard work with dedication and loyalty to the school.The news.
